Actuator

SIZE from DN32-DN400,hard anodized aluminum alloy body

pneumatic actuator is used for pnuematic butterfly valves and pneumatic ball valves,directly install,actuator for oil industry and wataer industry.piston type actuator body is aluminum alloy,surface hard anodized.ISO5211 pneumaitc actuators have double acting and single acting type,output torque range of double acting type:2.78-13673. single acting :4.76-5608.pneumatic spring return actuator of RAT032 and RAT040 only 2pcs spring,RAT052-RAT400 is 5-12pcs spring.

1.Conform to the latest international standard: ISO5211, DIN3337, VD/VDE3845 and NAMUR.
2.Excellent, compact and modernized design as well as complete specifications is good for your selection.
3.All acting surfaces adopt high quality bearings, resulting in low friction, long cycle life and no noise.
4.The two independent stroke adjusting devices can easily and precisely adjust at ±5° open or close.
5.Double acting type and single acting type (spring return) are with the same external structure, which is easy to install the accessories.
6.NAMUR standard multifunction position indicator indicates visually.
7.Pre-compressed load spring is convenient for safe mounting and teardown procedures.
8.Pistons and end caps are made from die-casting aluminum which has high intensity and light weight.
9.Different seal materials are available for high or low temperature
10.We can offer Multi-travel rotations (e.g. 120° 135° 180° ) and three position actuators.
11.Solenoid valves can be easily mounted without connecting plank.
